Karen's Cubby House - Beacon Hill

WELCOME TO KAREN’S CUBBY HOUSE which is located in Beacon hill.

My Husband and I have three children Indiana, Mason, and Ashton. Indiana attends the local High School and the boys are at Beacon Hill Primary School.

I have been caring for children since 1998! I began as an Educator of a long day care centre in Port Stephens and I relocated to Sydney in 2000 to begin my career as a professional Nanny. I have worked for amazing families over 19 years travelling the world with them and helping them raise their beautiful children.

Opening my Family Day Care in 2019 was a dream come true. I have dedicated the entire ground floor of our house and created a space that is professional and inviting to all the children and their families. I have two big indoor playrooms, a wet weather area and a beautiful backyard for children to explore.

In the Cubby House our learning is fun and free. I use as many natural resources as I can to create engaging experiences to stimulate a childs imagination so they can learn through PLAY.

My qualifications are:

• Certificate 3 in Children’s Services

• First Aid Certificate

• CPR

• Asthma and Anaphylaxis

• WWCC

• National Police check

My fees include Nutritionally balanced meals for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.

I also provide wipes, sun cream and endless art and craft supplies

My Family Day Care is my passion! I am friendly, approachable and dedicated to provide your child a space that makes them feel Happy and Safe so they can be confident and thrive in their early years of life.
